New sorting criteria can be created, and existing sorting criteria can be deleted, renamed, or enhanced with new variables.
If a criterion contains several variables, the data is sorted by the variables in their order, e.g., in the CountryLong column, data is sorted first by CountryLong, then by CustSur, and finally by CustName.
Create a new criterion by clicking on the Create criterion plus icon.
Then select one of the variables from the repeated body array.
The criterion has the same name as the variable (e.g., CustSur in the screenshot). However, you can rename both the criterion and the variable (the variable must exist in the data, or if you rename it to a non-existing name, you will have to remap it to a workflow or DC variable).
If you need to use more variables within the criterion, add them using the chain icon. The order of the variables is important (it controls the order of sorting).
