Filtering – Content

  • Both Filtered field and Filter value field must be string variables.

  • The filter option checks whether the first field contains the second field values.

  • In this screenshot, typing "U" only displays the rows where the CountryLong variable contains "U".

  • Since this filtering is based on the 'Contains' condition, for some of the cases it might not work as you desire.

  • For example, if your data contains National and International call transactions and you type the word "national," the table will contain both the National and International calls. Avoid this by using the Case sensitive checkbox.
